This show reminds me of a version of Hells Kitchen, these guys are not afraid to show their frustrations and concerns and are definitely in tune with their emotions. Its refreshing to see someone so passionate about what they do and love. Its not common now a days. Additionally, its good to see actual "reality" in reality TV!!! Its 16 competitors from all kinds of walks of life from professional chefs to home chefs. Best part is that all of the tasting is blind tasting!! There are 4 talented and well known chefs featured on the show as mentors to the chefs. Exciting stuff! More episodes to come and I cant wait! A new one will be airing tonight so check it out and tune in!
